PLEASE; rate my exercise && eating routine? .. thanks! :D?
yes you are very active, and it is good that you have alot of stuff during the week. I personally think that you can change your eating patterns though. I only eat white meat, its alot better for you. I will have honey bunches of oat cereal with skim milk for break fest, i will eat a whole grain sanwich with turkey slices and lettuce with honey mustard for lunch. My snacks at school are usually 3 clementines, a banana, and an apple. I do not eat granola bars or anything unnatural because of all the ingredients in them. Make sure to stay away from aspartame, corn starch and corn syrups. Do not count your calories, they do not matter. Eating healthy is what matters. Remember to read labels including iningredientsand dont worry about losing weight. If you are 128 and you want to lose 10 pounds, don't. Muscle weights more than fat, so if you workout and burn fat. You may actually gain weight, but that dosnt matter because weight dosnt determin whether your healthy or not. I am 5.6, and 129lbs but i play hockey and workout alot so i have a high muscle mass.

my dad snores and has a lot of trouble sleeping. I have done a little research and it looks like he has sleep apnea. The sleeping test is way to expensive and we don't have the money. Is there any other way to get a test or one of those sleeping machines because he has been like this for years now and it is really getting to him. I want to help him. I'm a 21 year old freshmen at my college, I currently have my own apartment 10 mins off campus and drive to class everyday. With this is mind there is very limited parking. I was thinking about getting myself an older ninja say an 05 or an 04 suzuki gs500, or possibly a honda cb 600. I dont have much money at the time but i was planning on saving up over the summer. I am looking for something that will be cheap on gas and something that i will be able to find parking for on a daily basis. I was just wondering if this is beneficial. I will still have my car for the winter months as well as for rainy days.

i have never missed a period. and usually mine is heavy to moderate and this time...friday(21 jan) i had a very tiny red spot only once a day..then again saturday and then nothing sunday.... then monday a tiny and i mean tiny bit of red. then nothing... then a tissue full of blood on wednesday. what is this? my period was expected on 23rd january. I didn't experienced this in my entire history, we are also trying for a baby. Did I missed the period? Or it's my period?

How to get the motivation to dress nicely every day?
Just make sure your not wearing the same sweats everyday, and dont wear sweats EVERYDAY. I'm the same way, I love looking good but I hate putting forth the effort to make it happen. If you really feel the need to look great everyday, give your sweats and slobby clothes away, and just sleep in your underwear at night. That way, you have to dress nice.

So im 17 years old, and all my life I have been dealing with something that im not sure really exists. Ive always been like this, and its never been different. When somethings changes in my life whether it be as significant as moving houses or as insignificant as me having to buy a new binder thats not the same color as my others, I get highly stressed out. Its no OCD well at least i dont think it is. Cause thinks rnt perfect or neat in my life watsoever. Except my schedule. Every Monday is the same. Every Tuesday and so on. If something gets off, I become extremely stressed and began crying. My laptop broke the other day, which was my life cause it was something I could always get on that was going to be the same everytime. Well my mom allowed me to have hers, and when i got on and saw that everything was different, I got so stressed and began crying, until the laptop was the exact same as before. It takes about 3 weeks to get used to something. I wont buy new phones, or new clothes and if I do have to buy bigger clothes, I buy the same thing just a bigger size. I wear the same pair of pants everyday, but I wash them everynight. Another thing is, I dont like social interaction, its not like I hide form it im very outgoing and fun loving person. But when it comes to talking to people, I dont like it. Cause everything is constantly changing when your having conversations with people, and I cant really handle it. I just wanna know if there is an actual word for this?
How can I stop letting panic disorder run my life?
I have become extremely depressed lately cause of personal reasons with my babys father, and for the past couple days I have been getting panic attacks. I know that they usually don't do serious damage, but i can't help but feel like I'm about to go into cardiac arrest whenever i get one and I start panicking more. I don't even want to do things around the house cause I feel like whats the point when I'm just gonna get a panic attack soon and die or something (I know I'm being dramatic but that's how I feel). I know I need to see a psychiarist and I plan on it, but before I go there since I can't go until Monday, what ways can I take control of this issue?

Had interview for medical assistant job...?
I was wondering...i had an interview today for a medical assistant job and was wondering when they say they will make a dicision and call people back in a few weeks is that bad or what do you think? I know the interview went great! But I'm just sick to my stomach waitng and wondering will I get the call????!!!!! She mentioned that they had did interviews on monday (today is tuesday) and I think I do have a little advantage over some of the other canidates becuz I listed my references of people who work for them and some of their other sites like one dr. I know well who works there for them, a spanish translator for one office, the lab tech who was employee of the year at one medical site and one MA I know there too.....does this look good for me or what I think of it all? She talked to me about nursing and asked me questions about myself and we talked? What you think?????

How quickly do HCG levels continue to increase with a blighted ovum?
I am about 6.5 weeks pregnant. I had cramping last week and went to the hospital. They gave me a trans-vaginal ultrasound but were unable to detect a heartbeat. My HCG test showed 33,000. That was last Thursday. I had another blood test done Monday and my levels were 58,000. So, my HCG levels almost doubled, but in 4 days rather than 2 like it is suppose to. Could my levels rise this much with a blighted ovum? My doctor does not seem to want to give me an answer to this question. I am not bleeding, but I am having some occasional mild cramping.

I started the pill for the first time three weeks ago, and am using it to reschedule my period as well. At first I had no problem, but last Saturday I started having a lot of discharge, and then last Monday I started bleeding like I was on my period (this would have been the week of my period normally). My husband & I have been actively ttc for over 15 months now. As of yesterday I noticed I have been getting queasy, lightheaded, crampy bloated and my boobs are soooooo sore. My period is not til next monday though. I never experience symptoms before i start either. I took a test about an hr ago and it was negative ***i know its way too early to take one*** I also have been getting cramps in my leg which i havent had since my track days back in hs 4 yrs ago. I was just wondering if any of you have experienced this and received a BFP, and if you have done first response, how many days before your period did you get your bfp.. Well, I have a lot of.military friends, mostly Marines. My older brother is a Marine and he takes me with him to play sports with his friends. I am a girl and I have friends but not real ones. They're always gone all the time, they're too buisy doing their jobs as Marines. I'm not friends with any girls at school, they all have the mean girl attitude and the boys don't even talk to me at all. And it's all because i'm 11 and in the eighth grade. I skateboard, play the electric guitar, hate shopping, and hate my life. I usually just wear skinny jeans, a graphic t-shirt, a purple jacket, and a pair of white sneakers or converse. All the.girls in school like practically resent me, which is why I ditch school about once or twice a month. And I AM NOT LESBIAN! I'm tomboy but straight, learn the difference. Do you think that I should just quit being me and totally change, because then I would have more real friends?
Abnormal period help?
I got my period two weeks ago on wednesday and it ended on sunday which is normal for me. Then this passing monday i got it again and it has been really heavy and abnormal. I have not done anything differently with my eating or exercising. Why is this happening?

College Direct Deposit?
I accidentally used my debit card number for my account number when setting direct deposit up. My money in two parts was sent out Thursday and Friday and i was told that it would be in my account by Monday or today. Why are most all of the new keyboards flat?
I am a person who types a lot and my preference is the older style keyboards with the big full buttons that make hardly any noise. Why is it that most of the keyboards now are the flat tiny little things that depending on what kind you have make awful clicking noises whenever you type on them? If you want good help, check out the beauty gurus on youtube such as bubzbeauty or michellephan who are also asian!(: But I would buy a quad (4 eye shadows) of just neutral browns, and apply a mid toned brown to your lid, a darker brown in your crease, and then a very dark brown in your outer corner. ALso, don't forget to highlight and apply eyeliner and mascara if you would like. You also need good brushes, not just crappy applicators that come with most eyeshadow purchases. As for brands, I like maybellienes great lash mascara and eyeliner, and loreal and maybellienes eyeshadoow quads. My favorite drugstore brand is ELF (eyeslipsface) found at target or at eyeslipsface.com, which has a great liner and amazing brushes for only a dollar! Sounds like either a flu or other upper respiratory infection. The dizziness is just orthostatic hypotension (google it if you want to) its basically low blood pressure do to your bodies inability to supply blood to your brain fast enough when you go from sitting to standing. Its normal when your ill. If its the flu, theres no cure, since theres no cure for viruses only vaccines for prevention. It just has to run its course. If its bacterial you need antibiotics. The only way to test for it is by going to the doc. Either one, depending on your immune system, should resolve itslelf. But if its bacterial, antibiotics will speed it up. good luck!
Would you be in favor of passing legislation to stop job outsourcing?
Taxing a business that outsources for cheap labor has never been an effective deterrent. My personal opinion is that we do not allow them to re-market their goods here in America. Most Americans want to work, but not for wages that can't keep pace with the cost of living. If you want us all to work for $8.00 per hour then you have to lower the cost of the goods and services that we depend on for our survival. Try rolling back prices instead of inflating them and Americans will spend more money because they will have more at the end of the month. Spending stimulates local economies and promotes job growth along with lower unemployment rates.

You are definately not to young i am 19 and still taking classes. You will love it and the only tihng you need to do at home is practice your splits and bending backwards. well next Monday I've got school off, and I want to go to this new store that opened up about 20 minutes (driving distance) away. the problem is, my mom doesn't let me go anywhere without her... she doesn't even let me go to the mall with my friends without "a parent or guardian present." Octave key on the Alto sax isn't functioning?
Okay so today during class I noticed that I couldn't play anything higher than a high b. I wasn't really sure what was going on so I looked around and I saw that my octave key was messed up. It goes down when I press it but with some difficulty. I noticed at the top part " the neck" that it wasn't going up like it usually does: in fact it wasn't really moving at all. I hAve a major concert Saturday, it's not possible for me to take it to the shop because my mom was in a car crash and her cars unusable so I've basically been walking everywhere till it gets fixed which is next Monday, her car is the only source of transportation I have and all the shops ate way to far to even consider walking soo if anybody has any idea of how I could possibly fix this myself. New to filing under 1099 can you help?

Hello, i am having an issue with the front tire feeling like its wobbling. It makes more noise when i turn the wheel to the right, the guy at pep boys said the left side felt like it had play in it, but we feel it more on the passenger side, anyways, if my bearings were bad wouldnt the abs light cone on, because over a year ago i had them replaced, i believe with the cheaper ones from a shop and the abs lights were on that time. Im thinking its possible that it could be just a bad tire cause the tire is kinda bald and old ehich i plan on replacing this weekend, and also my rotors are pretty old and bad which i also am replacing probably tomorrow or this weekend , i have them in my trunk. I went and bought two front bearings for it thinking that was the problem but now im wondering , "why isnt the abs light on the dashboard coming on if they are, i even had a diagnostic test done last week when i got my cat, oil switch and something with my IAT sensor fixed and it didnt show up on there either. So, my question i guess is, could it just be a tire and rotor problem that is making the wheel feel like its wobbling off the car, but doesnt do it all the time, usually happens either after i drive for awhile or when at higher speeds, if i turn to the left it doesnt do it as much or at all but to the right it does more and mainly. I skipped my class and I don't want to go to detention?
I skipped world civilization during 4th period on Monday and I don't want to get a detention. Leg cramps and major diarrhea?
I was so stressed out this past weekend and didnt eat a thing for two days. When I did start to eat again (monday) I have been getting these major leg cramps to the point now since sunday or monday where I can barely walk, sit, stand, or lay down. Im so uncomfortable im always up, down, up down. When driving my legs will get so bad I can barely focus on driving, I just want to scream. Now lately I have been getting major diarrhea (today) where there is no consistency. Its watery green and I go every 10-15 mins and I am soo uncomfortable right now. I have tried aleve and it doesnt even touch the pain and I dont know what to get for my diarrhea. Please I need some help! Im so uncomfortable!

I recently started dieting on Monday morning. I ate breakfast for the first time in awhile, drank plenty of water and watched my portions. Got home from school and did 20 min of the bike and lifted weights. But there is one problem...I'm hungry. Is this normal for the first week? How do I keep myself from eating? How do I convince my daughter to go back to school after having 2 severe illnesses?
My daughter is 7 years old and is in Grade 2. She has been in school systems since she was 3. She has ALWAYS loved school. She is an A student and barely misses any days from school. Her Grade 1 year she only missed 3 days that whole year. But this year she has become very ill. She started with regular colds in September that she didn't take time off of school for, but 2 weeks before Christmas she caught a gastro flu and she ended up in the ER after a week of the illness going away. She was fine after that and went back to school. She made it through the Christmas holidays with nothig, but she became sick after only one week back to school. This time she had a respitory illness (most likely H2N3?). She had a very high fever and 3 different docs at a clinic didn't want to give her antibiotics. They did xrays, but the doctor couldn't see the white spot that I seen on her lung. I brought her back 2 days later to be told that a radiologist looked at the xray and diagnosed pneumonia and ear infection. She missed nearly 2 weeks of school. I brought her back this past Monday, she came home crying that there are sick kids still in class and she frightened that she is going to catch something else. I feel the same, but I try play down that she will catch anything else. I can't blame her for being so scared, but today she fought me all the way to the school and the secretary and to drag her to class. Never in 4 years have I seen her so upset. She won't eat her lunch and snack for her anxiety is so high that she can't eat. I don't know what to do to calm her, I seriously have tried everything. Is there more to this than just scared of flu's? Does my child suffer with anxiety. I know her father's mother had/has severe anxiety. She is scared to leave the house. Is it genetic? My daughter is begging me not to take her to school tomorrow and give a day of rest at home. I know she has fully not recovered from the pneumonia, but I believe is will enough to go to school. Than she told me she just simply "hates school". This is so not like my daughter, she loves school. I want to keep her home tomorrow, but I'm afraid now that the school knows that she is feeling like this that they may just call children's aid thinking that something must be going on at home. I want to get into see her doctor but it takes a week for in. What can I do for her? Does she need therapy for her fears? Please help!

I think it is anxiety related. What happens is you get a small pain, worry about it -then it gets worse. Fear and anxiety cause very negative symptoms. Have you tried going for walks ? Exercize is one of the best stress reducers. I wouldnt take any medication for anxiety, thats witch-doctor stuff. Take an ibupropen as a muscle relaxer or valerian for sleep. Go for walks, be glad no test shows anything bad. Also , spirituality is paramount. I am a Christian and would probably be worrysome without it.

A false positive pregnancy test?
So my period was suppose to come sat and it never did. So on monday I took a home pregnancy test and it came out positive. Today (tuesday) I went to the dr to have a confirmed pregnancy test and before I left the house I started bleeding. By the time I got to the dr it was getting pretty heavy. I thought I was having another miscarry. So they had me pee in a cup and that pregnancy test came back negative. Then they did a blood draw and that too came back negative. She said I was never pregnant (so I didn't miscarry again). What would cause my hcg levels to go up one day and not be there the next day? I am not on any meds, I don't smoke or drink. Could stress really make my Hcg levels to rise?

Order of my workout routine?
Im not really sure what order i should do the exericises in my routine. For example if on monday I am doing Chest and Bicep I would do one chest exercise then a bicep exercise, chest, bicep, chest bicep ect. What i was wondering if thats ok, or should i do ALL the chest exercises in the routine and THEN all of the bicep exerices. Or mabey somewhere in between like 2 chest then 2 bicep 2 chest 2 bicep ect.

PS3 Rsoulution 720 x 576 on samsung full hd led tv?
I have 40" Samsung LED Full Hd (1080p). And a PS3 250GB. I connected it with my TV. it was shown that a new hdmi device has been detected. I clicked yes. Then when ps3 started resolution was 720 x 576. My Sony Blu-Ray Player is working at 1080p full hd. My PS3 HDMI cable is very cheap and it has no brand. Should I buy a New HDMI Cable or is it the problem with setting up PS3 with HDTV.

I skipped my class and I don't want to go to detention?
I skipped world civilization during 4th period on Monday and I don't want to get a detention. I told my teacher that I was at the nurse but she went to her and asked her if I was there and she told my teacher that I wasn't there. I claimed that I was there even though I was in the cafeteria doing my project due that day instead. And I RARELY ever skip. That was the one and only time I did it. What can I do to get passed a detention? She said I could bring a note. Can I say something to the nurse to convince I was really there even though I wasn't?
Why does the NFL schedule the Superbowl for Sunday?
Wouldn't Saturday attract more viewers? People like to get together and party and hang out but then they have to go to work on Monday. I never understood the big game on Sunday. Whats the deal with that?

I use Sprint, and I can upgrade my phone soon, so I'm wondering, what phone should I upgrade to, and how can I use my phone internationally? Did paleo. Lost weight. No explanation given en re vitamin B from grains. Very expensive, grass fed beef, ocean caught fish, free range chicken. organic vegetables. Special store, whole foods. I learned a lot. One thing is that a supermarket is not a savannah in Africa. Pineapple was not a caveman staple. Eating too much meat sends me to the toilet. Use your best judgment. No bread, no pasta for life? I think not. Am still thin, so I don't have to do that again. Shop at Aldis. Plan meals ahead, and cut food. No baby food, deep, leafy greens. Emphasize the seafood, and either eat grain or take V B complex. Akso, en re no dairy, drink Almond milk.

What'sQUESTION FOR THE MOMS: what's the average amount of clothes a baby would need for from nb-1 year old?
i got a TON of stuff for my baby, and she had SO much that basicly i had TOO much to wash, fold, and hang up all the time and she hardly wore anything new, just the samet higns over and over again. Ide say you need probably 12 outfits per age. if you have two weeks of outfits then that is plenty. and u will still rewear your fav. outfits more than twice a month and some outfits may never get worn each month. like for a baby, the first few months u just need sleepers, and onesies mainly. I use onesies for EVRYTHING, they make the clothes fit so much better, i just grab two packs of onesies now when i need something up to age 2t basicly. If i need something warmer, i jjust throw a long shirt over the onesie. Have like 5 pairs of pants for each age and have a weeks worth of sleepers. dont buy too many fancy outfits unless you actually go out and will have somehwere for her to wear them cuz its too annoying just going shopping with a decked out baby strapped ina carseat getting hot and itchy and annoyed

Ok this is my 7th day back on birth control in over 6 months. I skipped a pill sunday but doubled up monday and have been fine until i just went pee and i'm spotting! I spent 3 days at my brother's house helping care for their newborn and even developed a little milk leakage though i haven't breast fed in over a year. but asked y!a and found out that Could be normal hormones from caring for a newborn. Am i spotting because that pill i had to double up 2 days ago? or is there more to this?
