Sounds like either a flu or other upper respiratory infection. The dizziness is just orthostatic hypotension (google it if you want to) its basically low blood pressure do to your bodies inability to supply blood to your brain fast enough when you go from sitting to standing. Its normal when your ill. If its the flu, theres no cure, since theres no cure for viruses only vaccines for prevention. It just has to run its course. If its bacterial you need antibiotics. The only way to test for it is by going to the doc. Either one, depending on your immune system, should resolve itslelf. But if its bacterial, antibiotics will speed it up. good luck!
