Pictures taken that show up with ghost?

yesterday my niece was taking pictures with her dsi, this image showed up in the picture , because the tv was behind to the right of her , Im thinking maybe somehow it reflected off somehow, The image is of a guy white bald head it looks like he is unzipping his blue vest jacket, Does anyone know of a commercial or show that they can recall that has this . please email me to see the picture
