Where can i get a windcheater size XS like a superdry?

Basically i've been after a men's superdry windcheater in a size XS (34 or 36) chest for a loooong time but its been impossible and ive lsot all but little hope in finding this. However i've seen numerous kids in town younger than me that clearly have the jackets and even smaller again? - help?
