Leg cramps and major diarrhea?

I was so stressed out this past weekend and didnt eat a thing for two days. When I did start to eat again (monday) I have been getting these major leg cramps to the point now since sunday or monday where I can barely walk, sit, stand, or lay down. Im so uncomfortable im always up, down, up down. When driving my legs will get so bad I can barely focus on driving, I just want to scream. Now lately I have been getting major diarrhea (today) where there is no consistency. Its watery green and I go every 10-15 mins and I am soo uncomfortable right now. I have tried aleve and it doesnt even touch the pain and I dont know what to get for my diarrhea. Please I need some help! Im so uncomfortable!
