Im not really sure what order i should do the exericises in my routine. For example if on monday I am doing Chest and Bicep I would do one chest exercise then a bicep exercise, chest, bicep, chest bicep ect. What i was wondering if thats ok, or should i do ALL the chest exercises in the routine and THEN all of the bicep exerices. Or mabey somewhere in between like 2 chest then 2 bicep 2 chest 2 bicep ect.
