Would you be in favor of passing legislation to stop job outsourcing?

Taxing a business that outsources for cheap labor has never been an effective deterrent. My personal opinion is that we do not allow them to re-market their goods here in America. Most Americans want to work, but not for wages that can't keep pace with the cost of living. If you want us all to work for $8.00 per hour then you have to lower the cost of the goods and services that we depend on for our survival. Try rolling back prices instead of inflating them and Americans will spend more money because they will have more at the end of the month. Spending stimulates local economies and promotes job growth along with lower unemployment rates.
