Should i still be her friend after this .... ?

So on Friday this guy asked me out and i said yes and this weekend my BEST friend came to Tennessee with me and we went to the mountains and she was telling my mom how she hates my boyfriend because he is ugly and nasty and then on Monday she went and asked him out and he dumped me for her !!!! I told her i didn't want anything to do with her and to never talk to me again . Was that right ???
