If you want good help, check out the beauty gurus on youtube such as bubzbeauty or michellephan who are also asian!(: But I would buy a quad (4 eye shadows) of just neutral browns, and apply a mid toned brown to your lid, a darker brown in your crease, and then a very dark brown in your outer corner. ALso, don't forget to highlight and apply eyeliner and mascara if you would like. You also need good brushes, not just crappy applicators that come with most eyeshadow purchases. As for brands, I like maybellienes great lash mascara and eyeliner, and loreal and maybellienes eyeshadoow quads. My favorite drugstore brand is ELF (eyeslipsface) found at target or at eyeslipsface.com, which has a great liner and amazing brushes for only a dollar!
