Had interview for medical assistant job...?

I was wondering...i had an interview today for a medical assistant job and was wondering when they say they will make a dicision and call people back in a few weeks is that bad or what do you think? I know the interview went great! But I'm just sick to my stomach waitng and wondering will I get the call????!!!!! She mentioned that they had did interviews on monday (today is tuesday) and I think I do have a little advantage over some of the other canidates becuz I listed my references of people who work for them and some of their other sites like one dr. I know well who works there for them, a spanish translator for one office, the lab tech who was employee of the year at one medical site and one MA I know there too.....does this look good for me or what I think of it all? She talked to me about nursing and asked me questions about myself and we talked? What you think?????
