I'm going to the "Doctors" Monday and im kinda scared.?

My counselor suggested going to a therapist( To see if I need a psychiatrist) and my mom is taking me to one Monday and I'm kinda scared. Will they ask anything Privet? like am I straight or somin? Will they tell my mom what I said?
