PLEASE; rate my exercise && eating routine? .. thanks! :D?

yes you are very active, and it is good that you have alot of stuff during the week. I personally think that you can change your eating patterns though. I only eat white meat, its alot better for you. I will have honey bunches of oat cereal with skim milk for break fest, i will eat a whole grain sanwich with turkey slices and lettuce with honey mustard for lunch. My snacks at school are usually 3 clementines, a banana, and an apple. I do not eat granola bars or anything unnatural because of all the ingredients in them. Make sure to stay away from aspartame, corn starch and corn syrups. Do not count your calories, they do not matter. Eating healthy is what matters. Remember to read labels including iningredientsand dont worry about losing weight. If you are 128 and you want to lose 10 pounds, don't. Muscle weights more than fat, so if you workout and burn fat. You may actually gain weight, but that dosnt matter because weight dosnt determin whether your healthy or not. I am 5.6, and 129lbs but i play hockey and workout alot so i have a high muscle mass.
