Paleo Diet Daily Calories, General Questions?
Did paleo. Lost weight. No explanation given en re vitamin B from grains. Very expensive, grass fed beef, ocean caught fish, free range chicken. organic vegetables. Special store, whole foods. I learned a lot. One thing is that a supermarket is not a savannah in Africa. Pineapple was not a caveman staple. Eating too much meat sends me to the toilet. Use your best judgment. No bread, no pasta for life? I think not. Am still thin, so I don't have to do that again. Shop at Aldis. Plan meals ahead, and cut food. No baby food, deep, leafy greens. Emphasize the seafood, and either eat grain or take V B complex. Akso, en re no dairy, drink Almond milk.
