I have this really sharp pain underneath both my front ribs..l feel it most lying down, still pain sitting....?

Sounds like it could be seriously - definitely see the doctor in the morning if the pain persists. For immediately relief, take Ibuprofen/Advil to make the pain stop so you can go to sleep. Hope you feel better.
