How much would it cost to get 100 pages perforated and binded into a notebook at Staples?

I'm trying to make a cornell styled notebook. The costs are ridiculously high to do it myself. If I printed out around 100 pages and then took it to staples and they punched it and binded it, approximately how much would it cost? Let's say I just get a cheap plastic cover
