Pregnacy please help my friend?

Hi my friend went 2 the doc monday and her blood came back 74 then she went in today and it was 0 at the er did she loose the baby and if she did would she pass anything or just blood she still gets sick in the morning and this is her 4th baby can she still be pregnant
