How would you deal with this relationship issue (boyfriend keeps disappointing..)?

id give him the silent treatment until he gets smart enough to ask whats wrong. and then tell him and let him think on it. if the two of you have been together that long then he will quickly realize what he did was wrong and feel really bad about it.
