Where can I get non-driving insurance for my vehicle?

I'm making payments on van that is broken down and I cannot afford to fix it while making payments. I need full coverage on it to satisfy the lender but can I find cheap non-driving insurance that is still considered full coverage? I'd like to buy online, can you provide me with carriers?
