How much weight can I lose?

Man, I wouldn't be too comfortable losing much more weight. Sounds like you are at your ideal weight. That said, do not ever go under 1500 calories. Your body will go into starvation mode and burn muscle, rather than fat. With that much exercise, up your calories to 1800-2000. You might be surprised that you lose more weight that way.
