Tmobile G2, myTouch 4g, or Blackberry Bold 9780?

or blackberry curve 3g. Which has the cheapest data plan? it might not matter to some of you but it does to me. and also, i heard something about a 9.99 data plan for the G2 and myTouch. anybody here know about that?
